The plant arrived with approximately 92% of it's leaves missing. None of the missing leaves were in the box, so they had been missing prior to packaging. Secondly, the box that it arrived in was way to large and it also didn't have any cushioning to prevent any injury in transport. So subsequently, there were 2 branches that were broken upon arrival. I sent you a message on the day the rose arrived to the e-address listed on your website to inform you of the condition. Only receiving a " failed delivery " message 4 days later?? 1 day late to qualify for your 3 day mandatory cut-off.
Plant was in good condition when it arrived and has adjusted well to planting. Was smaller and less vigorous than I would have liked or it would have gotten 5 stars.
Wow this one came with nice canes and is currently thriving in my garden. A completely different situation with my bare root claire austin which the canes were small and has not even produced any leaves as of yet.
It arrived on time in good condition, with planting instructions, I'm hoping it will grow and bloom.
